Product Description
TheFS-8992 is a highly reliable and efficient fiber optic fusion splicer, designed for many areas of deployment. Equipped with a high-powered LED Digital Display, this machine is perfect for splicing even in dark environments. It comes equipped with a high-capacity Lithium Ion battery and an AC adapter and plug to complement it. Built-in sensors detect temperature, humidity, and air pressure to intelligently self-adjust for optimal splicing in many different environments. This splicer is suitable for all fibers up to 150µm clad and 1000µm coating.
Product Features
- 304x magnification, and the average splicing loss of less than 0.02dB for Singlemode and 0.01dB for Multimode.
- Equipped with fiber cleaver, standby electron, blower brush, bottle with siphon, fiber bracket and more, all enclosed in a quality tote kit.
- 8 Second splice time and a 25 second heat shrink time, allowing for rapid completion of projects.

* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 2 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
